PATHIAM™ IVD Imaging Software for HER2/neu Application

BioImagene’s PATHIAM™ Imaging Software for HER2/neu provides an objective and semi-quantitative assessment of HER2 staining intensity. When used with the Dako HercepTest it is indicated as an aid in the assessment of breast cancer patients for whom Herceptin® (Trastuzumab) treatment is being considered.

Features:

• Acquire digital images from scanner or camera and microscope.
• View images at 1x, 2x, 5x, 10x and 20x (analysis must be performed at 20x).
• Ability to capture multiple user chosen regions of interest for analysis.
• Objective image analysis based on morphology and color intensity.
• Image Quality Assessment Module utilizes multiple parameters to assure that the acquired image is of diagnostic quality.
• Generate color reports with images and results.
