The iScan Concerto supports both brightfield and fluorescence scanning, and has a capacity of up to 80 slides. Supporting up to six wavelength filters, the iScan Concerto can support imaging slides in fluorescence with up to six colors. The instrument maintains all the brightfield scanning capability of the iScan Coreo Au, and adds the ability to scan brightfield slides at 60X. The iScan Concerto also supports the same automated turret, with four objectives (4X, 10X, 20X, 40X, OR 60X), and still uses Sakura baskets for slide loading. With Virtuoso, the iScan Concerto allows a lab to continue to improve their IHC offerings, while adding the ability to do FISH testing and interpretation in-house.
