BioImagene has a rich menu of algorithms* for different tissues and markers. We have an extensive toolkit that serves as building blocks to create custom algorithms based on user’s needs. Customers may have unique workflows for new markers, different imaging modalities and test protocols. In such cases where a standard algorithm may not meet their needs, BioImagene can rapidly build a custom algorithm by assembling pre-developed components and fine tuning them with automated/semi-automated techniques. We have a well-defined and rigorous validation process that ensures the algorithm meets the highest scientific metrics and user standards.
