TissueMine™ is a web based total digital pathology solution for research and development. It is a fully integrated, ready to use package that includes iScan™ - BioImagene’s new tissue slide scanner, high performance servers, storage systems and high resolution display terminal. TissueMine™ automates the pathology workflow improving efficiency and minimizing bottlenecks in an otherwise manual process. It provides a superior alternative to the traditional manual analysis of tissue slides through a microscope. Researchers, pathologists and toxico-pathologists can benefit from a rapid comprehensive analysis and management of tissue images from Tissue Micro Arrays (TMA) or whole tissue slides. TissueMine™ is built on the robust 3i™ image informatics platform.
